1. Use of Service

SafeSpot is a private due diligence tool designed to assist individuals in vetting dating contacts for personal safety. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. Stalking, harassment, intimidation, or using the data to cause harm or distress is strictly prohibited.

2. Search Privacy and Data Safety

We respect user privacy. All safety check queries are processed anonymously, and target subjects are never notified of checks run against their details. Raw search media, uploaded photographs, and external scrape results are processed ephemerally and are not permanently retained.

3. Accuracy of Information

SafeSpot aggregates and cross-references data from public registries, web footprints, and credentials leaks using probabilistic entity resolution. We do not generate, modify, or verify the absolute truth of public records. Results and matches are presented as indicator signals for your guidance and do not constitute legal proof.

4. Credit Packs and Spending

To run searches on the platform, users purchase credits via approved payment gateways. Checks consume credits instantly upon execution (1 credit for standard check, 5 credits for deep background scans). If a system failure prevents search completion, a refund is issued automatically to your account balance.

5. Limitation of Liability

SafeSpot shall not be liable for any choices made or actions taken based on reports, signals, or matches returned by the service. Users are urged to trust their intuition and combine our data with other real-world indicators.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
